Dominique A. Anthony is the founder of Anthony Avery Consulting, a consulting firm focused on executive coaching, fractional chief of staff support, strategic advisory services, and project management with owner’s representative support for complex initiatives.
Known for serving as the stealth catalyst behind strategic results, Dominique brings experience across real estate, asset management, operations, business strategy, healthcare, wellness, nonprofit leadership, civic engagement, and community-centered project execution. Her work is rooted in helping leaders bring structure to complexity, improve communication, align stakeholders, and execute with confidence.
Before founding Anthony Avery Consulting, Dominique built a career in real estate operations, asset management, acquisitions, development, and organizational leadership. She has supported companies, founders, owners, and nonprofit leaders through growth, transition, system improvement, stakeholder alignment, project execution, and operational readiness.
Dominique’s professional and civic work is also deeply connected to servitude. Her service has included leadership and support across organizations and initiatives focused on education, poverty alleviation, community development, economic empowerment, civic engagement, and faith-centered convening. Her involvement with organizations and efforts creates consistent commitment to using leadership, organization, and relationships to strengthen communities.
Dominique earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Dubuque and earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Leadership Skills from Texas Tech University. She also holds Project Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Lean Management certifications, earned with hands-on project training and work in the Treviso region of Italy.
